What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom-stitched outfits and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Memsaab ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How should I care for my Memsaab garments?
To preserve the quality of delicate embroideries and fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning for all heavy ethnic wear. For daily wear cottons, a gentle hand wash in cold water is advised.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal to monitor your delivery status.
